Customers had no option but to wait it out, car after car, and wait we did. It seems the new system they have locked up and they couldn't print/reprint a receipt or confirm if a payment went through. It turns out, it was well over 7 minutes before we got to the window. We were told it would be 7 minutes for our pizza choice or right away for a classic and we opted for the new pizza. First, well before sunset the doors were locked and drive through was our only option. The location has a captive drive through that can't be exited once entered so you are trapped when something goes wrong as was our experience.
